Terms of Use
You can cancel any class via the website up to 12 hours before the start of your class. Your class credit will automatically be returned to your Be.Built account for you to use another time.

Refunds are not available.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your class will be charged as if attended.

For Personal Training bookings, Be.Built Fitness operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the session is cancelled with 24 hours notice or more, the session will automatically be returned to your Be.Built account for you to use another time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows, will be charged as if attended.

All purchased services and memberships have an expiration date. Please make sure you are aware of the expiration dates before purchasing.
Expiration dates on class passes & training passes cannot be extended and therefore must be used within the specified time frame.

We operate a no-refunds policy on all purchases, including expired services.
Please note that Be.Built Fitness does not freeze any pass purchases or pass packages.

When you purchase any of our products and services you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on this website and are agreeing to the contract terms on your purchase receipt and membership contracts.
Once you agree to purchase a pass or pass packages you are agreeing to pay the full sum amount as listed in the contract you purchase. You must ensure that you have enough money in your account each month to clear the balance.

In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Be.Built Fitness you hereby accept full liability for the risk of partaking in the session. You accept that by attending our classes and PT sessions you risk being injured / severely injured / death. In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Be.Built Fitness you hereby entirely and completely indemnify Be.Built Fitenss from any claims or legal action for any and all injuries and losses of property or otherwise, arising from your participation in any and all of our activities and services.
